I purchased 3 Fendi bags from Ruelala last year. The monogram on the bottom seam did not match up and it looked absolutely fake to me. I returned the items and I ended with a 00+ STORE CREDIT. All of the embossings on the bags are not the correct font, and there shouldn't be an embossing on the handles, anyways.
The consumer claimed that the Fendi bag she received was a counterfeit. A Ruelala rep responded on the site saying they would give the individual a refund on the bag.
